The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is the government agency responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to sexually harass anyone in the workplace. Equal Rights Advocates
Equal Rights Advocates fights for gender justice in workplaces and schools across the country. Since 1974, they have been fighting on the front lines of social justice to protect and advance rights and opportunities for women, girls, and people of all gender identities through groundbreaking legal cases and bold legislation that sets the stage for the rest of the nation. They provide a toll-free confidential, multi-lingual Advice and Counseling Line.

Women in Film Help Line
The Women In Film Help Line is an integrated program that offers resources and support to anyone who has experienced sexual harassment or misconduct while working in the entertainment industry. WIF provides referrals to pro bono employment attorneys, sliding scale trauma-informed therapy, and a confidential support group, Safe Space, through our partner organization Wright Institute Los Angeles.
Me Too Movement
The ‘me too’ movement supports survivors of sexual violence and their allies by connecting survivors to resources, offering community organizing resources, pursuing a ‘me too’ policy platform, and gathering sexual violence researchers and research. ‘Me Too’ movement work is a blend of grassroots organizing to interrupt sexual violence and digital community building to connect survivors to resources.
Workplaces Respond provides resources, training, and technical assistance to employers, survivors, co-workers, and advocates to prevent and respond to domestic violence, sexual harassment and violence, and stalking impacting the workplace.
A Call to Men
A Call to Men is a violence prevention organization and respected leader on issues of manhood, male socialization and its intersection with violence, and preventing violence against all women and girls.
The ERA Coalition is comprised of some 100 national and local organizations across the country working for the equality of girls and women, boys and men and the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment.
